1. Scope of Services
GREENFORKS provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services including but not limited to:
- Call centre services (inbound & outbound)
- Telesales & telemarketing
- Lead generation
- Customer support
- Back-office operations
- Market research
- Travel & hospitality BPO
Service scope, KPIs, SLAs, pricing, and timelines shall be defined in a mutually agreed contract or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and compliant data
- Ensure consent for customer data shared with GREENFORKS
- Comply with applicable laws (GDPR, PECR, DNC, etc.)
- Use services strictly for legitimate business purposes
3. Data Protection & Confidentiality
GREENFORKS follows strict data protection protocols and GDPR-aligned practices. All employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Any misuse of data, unauthorised access, or breach by either party may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments shall be made as per agreed invoice terms
- GREENFORKS may suspend services for delayed payments
- All taxes, duties, and charges shall be borne by the client unless stated otherwise
5. Intellectual Property
All scripts, reports, processes, and materials developed by GREENFORKS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
GREENFORKS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services as per contract terms. Immediate termination applies in cases of:
- Data misuse
- Legal non-compliance
- Breach of confidentiality
- Fraud or unethical conduct
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in [City, India], unless otherwise contractually agreed.
